Escaping Aghartha - Avian

Avian is an ambient album in which each song has been crafted around the vocalization of a specific species of bird, resulting in other-worldly and deeply immersive atmospheres. The album is a celebration of the wondrous diversity of bird shapes, survival strategies, vocalizations, colors, behaviors, and intellectual feats.

Avian is also a call to action to protect these incredible creatures. Bird species around the world are threatened by habitat loss from climate change, deforestation, and development. Therefore a part of the profits will be donated to the Audubon foundation to help protect endangered species of birds, such as the Gunnison sage-grouse.
